At GenGen Corporation, during your consultation your tax professional will carefully review and evaluate your needs and how we can best serve you. At the end of our evaluation, we will provide you with a quote of our fees.

1/16/09 – IRS begins accepting e-filed returns.

1/15/09 – 4th quarter estimated tax payments due.

1/31/09 – Deadline to receive W-2 and 1099's.

4/15/09 – Federal tax return is due.

Quarterly Payroll, Sales and Truck (IFTA; HUT) Taxes due:

4/30/09 – 1st quarter tax due.

7/30/09 – 2nd quarter tax due.

10/31/09 – 3rd quarter tax due.

1/31/2010 – 4th quarter tax due.
